About Us

When I was growing up, we never bought jelly from the store. Why? I grew up on my grandmother’s blackberry jelly. She always said it was simple. I figured it was magic.

I grew up and had a lil’ troublemaker of my own. I decided why not try something new? I dove head first into making canned goods and quickly found out, sometimes the hard way, the complexities and the science behind canning goods. 

Over the years, I have turned it into an art form. At least that’s what I think my kiddo is saying as she’s gobbling down a peanut butter and fig jelly sandwich.

With everything going on now, and staying home to try to keep everyone safe, I’ve gone stir crazy trying to find things to do. I found making jams and jelly is extremely calming, as each step is precise.

So here we are! I wanted to make small batches of jelly jams for everyone to enjoy. I do hope you like it!
