We take white grapefruit from 100 year old trees and make it into jelly. We take pink grapefruit from trees roughly the same age and turn it into jam. You either love them or hate them, but they are a citrus staple!
Prickly Pear season is generally from July - August. We will get our gloves on, grab some tongs, and head out to harvest them once they are ready!
